Euro Summer leads at $2.23M (77% of launch revenue) as the only full-quarter new collection; Glam Icons 2.0 adds $0.44M (June) and Glamzilla 2.0 $0.21M. The coral line tracks launch revenue as a share of DTC+Amazon revenue, climbing 12% → 16% → 20% as the launches compound. Shopify's share is no longer a one-way decline — it slid 30% → 28% → 28% → 20% but ticked back up to ~22% in Q2.

DTC

DTC blended revenue of $8.07M (+21.9% YoY) was driven by TikTok Shop scaling (+$898K / +244.0% YoY, US/CA) alongside modest Shopify growth (+$440K / +7.1% YoY, US/CA). UK remains a small but fast-growing bucket (+147.5%).

Full DTC — Shopify (US/CA), TikTok Shop (US/CA), and UK (Shopify + TikTok). Net revenue. Expand First-Time or Returning for the channel split. Customer status uses Omni's customer-history flag — first-ever purchase across all DTC, lifetime (global): a buyer is counted once and bucketed into the channel where the revenue landed, so the three channel rows sum to each parent and to Total DTC. Omni has no per-channel-cohort flag, so the same global definition applies to every channel. (The AOV × Volume table below stays Shopify + TikTok US/CA combined.)

Growth is returning-customer-led: DTC first-time revenue was flat YoY (−0.2%, $3.27M) while returning grew +43.4% ($3.35M → $4.81M), tilting the mix to 60/40 repeat (from 51/49 a year ago). Expand the rows for the channel split: the flat first-time line hides a divergence — Shopify first-time fell −13.3% (the cohort-aging concern from the 4/22 meeting), offset by TikTok first-time up +132% ($244K → $567K) and UK up +108%. TikTok is now carrying new-customer acquisition, which is healthy diversification but concentrates acquisition risk on a single platform; the watch item stays Shopify first-time softness.

AOV × Order Volume — DTC Growth Decomposition

AOV × Volume = Revenue. Decomposes the quarter's growth by channel, by customer status, and total — answers whether revenue grew from more orders or bigger orders. Q2 2026 growth was volume-led: orders +20.5% on roughly flat AOV (+1.1%).

Growth shape: DTC's +21.9% revenue growth was volume-led — order count grew +22.0% while AOV was flat (−0.1%, ~$62 average). Three distinct channel shapes: TikTok Shop is the volume engine (+244% revenue on rapid order growth at a flat ~$38 AOV); Shopify (US/CA) was basket-led (+7.1% on a +11% AOV lift, with order volume slightly down); UK is small but firing on both (+147.5%, more orders and bigger baskets). By customer type, returning carried the growth (+43%) while first-time was essentially flat (−0.2%).

Promo efficiency lifted across the board: all three featured Q2 promos posted higher $/day than their prior-year windows — Spring Blowout +66.9%, Memorial Day +52.7%, and the KRG Birthday 4-Hour Flash +97.7%. Each outpaced DTC's +21.9% blended growth, so promotional periods are pulling more than their proportional weight.

Revenue (+51.1%) outpaced spend (+31.7%) — that ~19pp gap is what drove TACOS lower. Caveat: paid attribution methodology has Looker reporting issues; pending validation before publishing.

Source: Omni "Amazon Daily ASIN Report" topic — the same reconciled topic the GM amazon tab uses (net basis). Amazon is pacing to ~$10.46M in Q2 2026. (The paid-vs-organic split below comes from the Amazon ads feed, a separate source, so its prior-year bars run a touch below this basis.)

Reading the paid/organic shift carefully: after four quarters of rising paid share (74.5% → 83.3%), Q2 2026 is the first reversal — paid share eased to 78.8% as organic revenue recovered. TACOS improved to 20.7% from 23.7% a year ago, so Amazon grew net revenue +47.9% while spending more efficiently. As always, much of the 'paid' credit is brand-led demand (see the branded breakdown below) — read the paid line as attribution, not pure incremental acquisition.

Q2 2026 Paid Revenue: Branded vs Non-Branded Keywords

Source: Sponsored Products Search Term Report (Mar 16 – May 17, 2026, US), verified against live Omni Amazon SP Search Term Report topic. Branded = queries containing "glamnetic" / "glamnetic press on nails" / specific Glamnetic ASIN codes. Non-branded = generic queries (e.g. "press on nails", "fake nails").

Paid revenue 75% Branded · $2.82M 25% · $922.5K ACOS 20.6% ACOS 45.1% Branded (brand-defense)Non-branded (acquisition)
True net-new acquisition is the non-branded slice: 75% of Amazon paid sales come from branded queries (shoppers already searching 'Glamnetic'), at a 20.6% ACOS versus 45.1% on non-branded. The branded share is brand-defense — catching demand that would likely convert anyway — while the ~25% non-branded slice is where ads genuinely pull new buyers in. Treat the headline paid figure accordingly.

The 2× ACOS gap (20.6% on branded vs 45.1% on non-branded) is the textbook signature of brand-defense bidding: ads catching demand that would have converted anyway from someone already searching "glamnetic". ACOS = ad spend ÷ ad-attributed sales, computed separately for each keyword bucket. Q2–Q4 2025 branded share is not measurable from this source (Omni data only goes back to Mar 4 2026); historical estimates would put it lower (~60–67%) on the basis that brand awareness has compounded since the D2C ramp.

Catalog rotation observation: the top Amazon collections remain a mix of 2025–2026 launches plus a mature workhorse base (Tools / glue / remover). Euro Summer is the one clean new-Q2 Amazon launch; the Glam Icons 2.0 and Glamzilla 2.0 figures are parent rollups that blend the new drop with sustaining ASINs, so read those as collection totals rather than isolated launch contribution.

This quarter sell-through is running ahead of forecast sell-in — the reverse of last year — as ULTA POS outpaces the conservative shipment forecast. Five "NEW" retailer launches in Q2 2026 (Walmart-Digi, Shoppers/Loblaw, Sephora Canada, plus Burlington and Ulta Mexico in Other) added $3.5M of net new revenue. Ulta mainline grew +75.5% and TJX (off-price) more than tripled (+319%). Sephora US is the only material decline (−$260K). Other bundles 15 smaller/discontinued accounts (Faire, Burlington, Ulta Mexico, Dillards, Von Maur, Shopify WHSL, Revolve, plus 8 discontinued: Ulta-Digi, FFF, Anthropologie, Military, BB, Beauty Brands, Nordstrom, Free People) — the −54% YoY decline is driven by the discontinuations. Weekly Sell-Through YoY — Retail

Stepped weekly retail sell-through (consumer-side POS revenue) by ISO week of year, 2021–2026. Source: Omni retail_daily_sku_sales topic. 2026 partial through W24 (week ending ~Jun 21). Hover any week for $ values. Other = Dillards (only "smaller" account in this Omni dataset; TJX, Shoppers, and Sephora Canada don't report sell-through). Note: non-ULTA/Walmart stores (Target, Sephora, Kohl's, Dillards) report POS on a ~3–4 week lag, so the most recent weeks taper as those feeds have not yet landed; Walmart's W23–W24 near-zero reflects an attribution-feed cutover, not a demand drop.

Goals & Performance

Q2 2026 is pacing to $30.15M against a $31.57M plan — −$1.42M / −4.5% under goal. The shortfall is led by DTC (−12.2%, with TikTok Shop the largest single miss against an aggressive plan) and Amazon (−6.6%); Retail sell-in is the lone channel ahead of plan (+4.0%). All figures are mid-quarter projections from actuals through Jun 25, so pacing can still recover by quarter-close.

Variance = (Actual − Goal) ÷ Goal. Ulta @ Target is the clamped outlier — pacing to $776K against a conservative $50K plan (true variance +1,453%), clamped at the +50% chart edge for readability. On the downside, Walmart.com Digi (−47.4%), TikTok Shop (−36.7%), and Retail-Other (−96.6%) are the largest misses against aggressive plans. These are mid-quarter projections from actuals through Jun 25, so pacing can still close by quarter-end.

What the variance tells us: the business is pacing −4.5% under plan for Q2 — a reversal from last quarter's over-plan finish. DTC is the clear soft spot (−12.2%, with TikTok Shop the single biggest channel miss at −36.7% against an aggressive plan); Amazon is also behind (−6.6%, US −8.3%) while Retail is the lone channel ahead (+4.0%). These are mid-quarter projections from actuals through Jun 25, so pacing can still close by quarter-end.

Retail sell-in is order-driven and lumpy by month, so monthly pacing is noisy — Q2 is back-loaded into ULTA's large May shipment. Within the quarter, Amazon and DTC are pacing below an aggressive plan while Retail runs ahead; judge pacing on the quarter, not any single month. June is a partial (mid-quarter) month, which understates its pacing.

Methodology: Goals from Glamnetic Revenue Goals sheet — goals (redesigned) tab. Actuals from Omni "Omnichannel Revenue" model, net basis. Amazon territory sum: US $9.44M + CA $755.2K + UK $266.2K = $10.46M (matches Amazon total). "Other Wholesale" goal column "Retail/WHSL" in source sheet covers retail/wholesale sell-in excluding Ulta and Walmart.

Notes & Methodology

Data Source

All revenue figures pulled from Omni model glamnetic_snowflake, topic Omnichannel Revenue. Channel labels mapped as: Amazon = amazon; DTC = shopify + tiktok shop; Retail = retail sell-in. Wholesale sell-in ($1.79M Q2 2026) is excluded from the channel mix view but tracked separately.

Revenue Basis

All figures are net revenue (post-discount, post-refund), per the Q1 review. Channel-level totals pulled from the Omnichannel Revenue topic. Some sub-channel detail tables (top collections, by territory) may still reflect gross — those will be reconciled to net in a follow-up pass. Contribution margin and ad efficiency remain out of scope for V1.

Launch vs. Promo Attribution

Launch revenue and promo-period revenue are not yet split in this V1. Per the Q1 methodology note (Love Notes vs Euro Summer), separating launch-SKU baseline from co-occurring promo lift is a methodology requirement before YoY launch comps are reliable. V1.1 target: tie each major launch's revenue to a clean window before its first promo, then show "launch + promo" lift separately.
